Shipping and Delivery

Orders are charged at a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping within Australia. Please note currently Örök Fragrances does not ship overseas.

We encourage you to ensure that your order is shipped to a secure location. Once a package has been delivered to its nominated location we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Should Australia Post determine a package lost Örök Fragrances will give users 4 weeks to make a claim after which we will not accept any responsibility.

Personal details such as name, address, email address and/or contact number will be shared with Australia Post to ensure ease of delivery. Örök Fragrances will not share your contact information with any other company or service.

Once shipped we will send you a confirmation email which will act as an invoice. Any available tracking numbers will be sent along with this email. Please check junk and spam folders for this email. If you do not receive this email please contact us at hello@orokfragrances.au

Pre-orders

Pre-order products are defined as products that are not currently in stock. By purchasing products labelled as "Pre-Order" or "Preorder" you are securing the product to be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available or within a 30 day time frame of date given.
Örök Fragrances reserves the right to change the pre-order shipping dates at any time if required. If you have purchased a pre-order item(s), you have acknowledged and accepted these conditions provided regarding pre-order item(s). Pre-order orders will not be cancelled if the customer fails to acknowledge the delayed shipment for pre-order items.
